This is a 499.56kWp commercial and industrial distributed photovoltaic (PV) power station project. High-efficiency crystalline silicon PV modules are installed on the factory roof with a well-organized mounting system, perfectly integrated into the building structure. By fully utilizing the idle roof space, the system converts solar energy into clean electricity, prioritizing on-site consumption for the factory and feeding surplus power to the grid. It delivers significant economic benefits by reducing electricity costs, while also making a strong contribution to environmental protection and carbon emission reduction.
Designed in compliance with local grid connection standards, the PV array is optimized in orientation and tilt angle to maximize solar irradiance absorption and power generation efficiency. Once operational, the station is expected to generate an annual output of approximately 550,000 kWh (subject to local solar irradiance conditions), reducing CO₂ emissions by around 490 tons per year, thus supporting the enterprise’s green transformation and regional low-carbon development.
